Mollie Landry

Design Director

Mollie is a UX designer and creative leader who enjoys making complex ideas clearer through thoughtful design. With 13 years of experience across UX, web development, branding, and communications, she brings a mix of strategic thinking and visual problem-solving to her work. Mollie thrives in collaborative environments, helping teams untangle ambiguity, connect insights to action, and create digital experiences that feel intuitive for users while advancing meaningful business goals.

From 2022 to 2024, Mollie served as a UX Designer at Indeed, where she worked on Indeed for Employers, the company’s primary platform for connecting businesses with talent. There she led efforts to improve the employer website’s navigation and information architecture, conducted a large-scale audit of more than 20,000 pages, and developed journey maps that helped teams better understand how employers experience the hiring process. Her work helped align designers, researchers, marketers, and product teams around opportunities to make the platform clearer and easier to use.

Prior to Indeed, Mollie spent five years at consulting firm Emergent Method, where she grew from design consultant to design manager. She led a team of designers and developers supporting a wide range of public, private, and nonprofit clients with branding, web development, and digital strategy. During that time, she helped expand the firm’s web practice and led the development of major digital initiatives—including disaster recovery programs, coastal restoration, and watershed-based floodplain management.

Earlier in her career, Mollie worked as a web developer and designer at Covalent Logic, where she built responsive websites and digital systems while collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and creative teams. The role gave her a strong foundation in both design and front-end development and shaped her ability to think about digital products from both a visual and technical perspective.

Mollie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University and spent a semester studying Italian language and art at the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo in Urbino, Italy.

She is a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and was named a 2022 Rising Star by Consulting Magazine, recognizing top emerging professionals in the consulting industry. Mollie has also volunteered her design skills with organizations such as the Young Entrepreneurs Academy of Baton Rouge and has spoken as a panelist at the Activ8 web and technology conference.
